We can make you a shape using your dimensions. We do have a one time setup fee for making a shape that we don’t already offer. We make molds and cut the shape using a CNC router so the possibilities are endless.
We keep all client information between us and our customers. We have made skateboards for many top level brands and pro skateboarders over the 27 years of making boards.
Most skateboard manufacturers us a water based PVA glue. Our glue has a blend that maintains moisture resistance while offering a high bond level to eliminate the possibility of delaminating.
